The Tribal Coastal Resilience Portfolio of the Northwest Climate Resilience Collaborative (NCRC), a NOAA Climate Adaptation Partnerships (CAP) team recently published a report titled “Climate Adaptation Barriers and Needs Experienced by Northwest Coastal Tribes.” NCRC produced the report in collaboration with the University of Washington Climate Impacts Group, the Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians, and Washington Sea Grant to better understand the state of climate adaptation among Northwest coastal Tribes. The report also elevates Tribes’ experience of key barriers and needs that if addressed, could help advance Tribal resilience.
